GLEN OAKS HEALTH CARE SERVICES’s Community Living Program offers a diverse selection of homes to meet individual needs and enhance their quality of life. Our residences are designed to ensure clients truly feel at home.
We provide our clients with quality programming that allows them to live, learn and thrive in the larger community. By doing so we promote diversity and inclusion within the community while increasing our client’s sense of independence and purpose. We proudly have ongoing relationships with a majority of our counties. Fostering those professional relationships is paramount to our success. Living options are in rural and city locations. We currently offer several community placements that are fully furnished or the residents may bring items or furniture to add comfort to their surroundings
Our system even offers a Crisis Bed option for those clients that are facing challenges that can be briefly managed in a safe setting. This temporary stay is designed to last less than thirty days. The client’s primary care professionals assess the client and determine readiness for a return home. Utilization of this option eliminates a need to travel to a larger facility and less upset to one’s life.
